Shipping Policy
Bagreplica4u.com currently ships small and medium sized orders by international logistics companies, mainly by EMS, UPS and TNT. We offer free shipping to most of the countries worldwide.
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could track the package. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. 24 hours after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp
The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 4-7 days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 7-14 days of the shipped date.
Orders will be shipped via EMS as gifts or via TNT as samples, so there won't be any tax charged on the packages. The Package will be sent by courier to your door. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Shipping with couriers is insured. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately at our expense.
Return and Exchange
We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately.
We will provide instruction on where to return your bag(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange only. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement to be issued.
Please take under consideration that the returned package will be
returned to China. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases,
we lose
the cost of the initial shipping. We cannot pay for shipping both ways.
